Mudd's Food Philosophy

In the process of menu creation we take into account these criteria:
Seasonality and Freshness — are the foods locally grown and minimally processed and are they the result of environmentally sustainable farming, fishing and humane animal husbandry.

We purchase organic produce and feature free-range meats and poultry whenever possible.
We also use only extra virgin olive oil and Rice Bran Oil for salad dressings and frying purposes. These are the most healthful oils we can find for our customers.

As we discover and research new and better products we will make them available on our menus.
